Hi all
Due to unforeseen circumstances, this year's early youth meet will be held slightly later than normal. Details below:
Dates: 3rd - 5th of February 2012
Venue: Stonehills Farm, Tilford, Surrey GU10 2BU; Map reference 186/873.429
Site opens: 3pm on Friday 3rd February
Closes: 3pm on Sunday 5th February
Cost: £15.00 per head for the weekend.
This is a booked meet, so please let myself / Ian know if you will be attending by Sunday 29th January. Payment will not be required until you arrive on the Friday evening.
Dinner choice for the Saturday evening will be either Chilli or Stew. Please let me know which you would like in your reply, so we can ensure that adequate quantities are catered for.
